ai99 Terms and Conditions

ai99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "ai99") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of ai99's website, applications, and services.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be under the same name.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.

• ai99 reserves the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal process while verification is ongoing.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected, the withdrawal may be put on hold and further information may be requested.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ai99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. ai99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency conversion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive ৳7,500 as a bonus. To withdraw this bonus, you must place a total of (৳5,000 + ৳7,500) × 15 = ৳187,500 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are announced at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are available for one account only — we reserve the right to cancel bonuses if multiple members of the same household or multiple claims from the same device are detected.
• Before wagering with bonus funds, you may be required to play specific games or game categories on ai99.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ai99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

ai99's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are at ai99's discretion and may change at any time.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or someone else's details.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate on the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Allowing minors to access the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, ai99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit any earned bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

6.1 Game Results and Disputes

• Game results determined by ai99's system are considered final.
• If any game or bet becomes void due to a technical error or system failure, the original stake of that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Terms

• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with ai99's betting rules.

• ai99 reserves the right to cancel bets confirmed at obviously incorrect odds (palpable error).

6.3 Casino Games
